This rustic pitcher from the Savoie region of France dates to the early 20th century. Made of terracotta, it features a rich chocolate-brown glaze decorated with hand-applied yellow and green traditional motifs. The interior is finished with a light cream glaze, both for easier cleaning and to provide a pleasing contrast. It has a sturdy side handle and a small pouring spout. The surface shows minor wear consistent with age and use.
