The 29-year-old German centre forward has turned some heads with his impressive performances this season for Werder Bremen so far.

Ducksch has netted five goals while assisting four times in eleven league games for the German outfit.

The Tricky Trees have struggled in front of goal this season and have scored only 14 times in the Premier League so far.

And Nottingham Forest are one of the teams in Europe who are monitoring the 29-year-old due to their desire to sign a striker in January.

And according to German magazine Sport Bild (via Fussball Transfers), Nottingham Forest are keen on signing Ducksch in the January transfer window.

Ducksch extended his stay with Werder Bremen last summer and his contract is due to expire in June 2026.

A move to England though would see him double his salary, but there is no release clause for Nottingham Forest to trigger.

Now it remains to be seen whether Nottingham Forest will be able to agree a deal with the German outfit for the forward’s signature.
