A product of the Shamrock Rovers academy, the teenage midfielder has been used sparingly in the first team this season.

He is rated highly at the Irish club and several big European outfits have been keeping tabs on him.

Scouts from across Europe flocked to watch him when he played 45 minutes against Drogheda United earlier this month.

It has been claimed that scouts from Arsenal and Manchester City watched him in action in that game.

The two Premier League big wigs are considering snaring him away from the Irish top flight club.

However, they are not the only ones keeping tabs on him with several big European teams eyeing Razi.

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid also had scouts present in the game against the Drogheda United.

It remains to be seen how long Shamrock Rovers manage to hold on to him given the big clubs are already circling ahead of potentially making a move to sign the player.
